Terms & Conditions: We apologise that we do not accept locals (Singaporean and PR). Due to limited capacity, our priority booking goes to overseas guests. All rates are inclusive of taxes Check in time: 1400hrs Check out time: 1200hrs Our reception runs 24hourly, so if you have an early flight, you may check in early and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city. Likewise, if you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost. We take in families with children above the age of 5. However kids below 12 years of age are not allowed in the dormitories and only in the private rooms A 10% security deposit via credit card is required for reservations over $200 or during the peak season. All deposits made are non refundable. The management has the right to refuse guests on arrival or after check in if we feel the guest is under influence of alcohol and behaves in a threatening or abusive manner. Cancellation/No Show Policy We would be grateful if you could inform us at least 48hours in advance should you decide to cancel or make any changes to your booking, otherwise the first 2 nights charge is applicable. We will keep the room/bed for you for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival. After which it will be released for booking. If there is a delay in your itinerary, we would appreciate it if you could let us know through phone or email. In an event of a cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival date or a No Show will result in a charge of the first 2 nights to your credit card.
